These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Premier Shine Wash Co. website at premiershinewashco.com and the pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services provided by Premier Shine Wash Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
SERVICES
Premier Shine Wash Co. provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, concrete cleaning, roof soft washing, rust removal, oxidation removal, dumpster pad cleaning, post construction cleaning, gutter whitening, and gutter cleanouts. All services are performed at our discretion using methods and equipment we determine appropriate for each surface and condition.
ESTIMATES AND PRICING
All estimates provided by Premier Shine Wash Co. are free and non-binding until accepted in writing or verbally by the property owner or authorized representative. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if the scope of work changes or if hidden conditions are discovered during the job. We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Weather-related cancellations by Premier Shine Wash Co. will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We reserve the right to postpone work when conditions — rain, extreme wind, or freezing temperatures — would compromise safety or cleaning quality.
PROPERTY ACCESS AND PREPARATION
Clients are responsible for providing adequate access to the property and the areas to be cleaned. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, personal items, and pets from the work area prior to the scheduled service. Premier Shine Wash Co. is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not identified during the pre-service walkthrough.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGE
Premier Shine Wash Co. carries full liability insurance. We take every precaution to prevent property damage during our work. Pressure washing and soft washing can occasionally reveal pre-existing damage — loose paint, deteriorated wood, cracked concrete — that was hidden beneath dirt, algae, or surface buildup. Premier Shine Wash Co. is not liable for pre-existing conditions exposed during the cleaning process. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work and does not extend to pre-existing damage, natural discoloration, or permanent staining that cannot be removed by pressure washing or soft washing.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to suspend future services for accounts with outstanding balances.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Shine Wash Co., its owner Drew Hicks, and any employees or contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or your failure to comply with these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Woodruff County, Arkansas.

Premier Shine Wash Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
